I found only one ring similar to this anywhere; that one said it was “Heubel Berlin” but I couldn’t find enough to say if this was for sure that. It looks like there was a place that one of the stones might’ve been sauntered to a bendy part under it that came undone but that doesn’t affect the look or wear of the ring.
