NOTE: Standard
Envelopes ship and show \"Delivered\" when it physically has not been
delivered yet. It typically shows up one to three business days later.
This is due to 2D square barcode tracking system being a “limited tracking” which
is only scanned through the sorting machines at the USPS hub stations. The “delivered” status is the last hub
station recording its presence before the mail carrier actually takes it into
the field for hand delivery. Please wait 3 business days after the \"delivered\" status to ensure correct delivery status has taken place. Also, quantity of 4 or more may cause to switch from standard envelope to USPS Ground Advantage with increased shipping cost, and I am unable to change this.
