***ATTENTION: If you are intending to use this in a clone action - please carefully review the comparability chart. This wrench will only work on 2 lug actions that measure at or larger than the comparability chart table dimensions.

Please Note: Remington factory actions are known to be especially tight and may require a competent gunsmith to cut a stress-relieving slice on the factory barrel in front of the receiver. This tool will not harm your action around 175 Ft-lbs and can risk breaking around beyond 225 Ft-lbs. Please use good judgment - using this tool in a way that breaks it exceeds its design intent and can damage your action. We will not accept returns for broken tools and recommend that if a barrel does not come off around 125 Ft-lbs, you have a stress relief cut performed on the barrel. For factory barrel removal, we recommend using penetrating oil and heat before applying torque. Note: Only one wrench per purchase.

If You Are Removing Factory Barrels: We strongly suggest the use of our PRO design wrench for the use of removing factory barrels. The PRO design is the strongest possible internal action wrench design, giving you the best chance to remove a factory barrel.
