Operating Power: The intercooler unit itself does not require an external power supply and thus has no rated power. It dissipates heat through airflow, with cooling capacity determined by the core\'s heat exchange surface area, airflow rate, and ambient temperature.
Designed for the 2023–2026 Chevrolet Colorado 2.7T turbocharged engine. It cools the pressurized intake air (charge air) discharged by the turbocharger compressor.
Lowers the temperature of the air before it enters the engine, increasing air density and helping the engine achieve more stable power output, improved fuel economy, and better knock resistance.
Turbocharged air flows through the aluminum alloy cooling core, where heat is transferred to the outside air via thin-walled tubes and cooling fins. The cooled, high-density air then enters the throttle body and engine cylinders.
