We use 3/4\" thick dual-density closed-cell foam padding that won\'t bottom out, even under a 100lb load. The straps are contoured to fit your shoulders naturally, eliminating pinch points, and are twice as long as standard issue straps to accommodate bulky body armor. Each set includes an adjustable sternum strap to keep the load stable and centered, preventing the straps from slipping outward during movement. Heavy-duty hardware ensures these straps won\'t fail when you need them most.
