His “Talamona” brand soon became famous, far and wide, due to his skill and creativity in crafting large pipes. Once Cesare withdrew from the market at the venerable age of 85 years old, and not wanting to end his work of “high Italian crafts”, he thought well to entrust everything to Paolo Croci, and in 2007 Paolo acquired the brand. In 2010, limited production of the brand resumed, respecting the will and skills of Cesare Talamona. To this day, his pipes are all handmade from the highest quality briar and always generous in size.
