Shipping Policy

We ship all items the next business day by default, however it may take longer for oversized items or if our shipping department gets backed up. We ship all items by FedEx only using s discounted FedEx rates. Rates are set by /FedEx, not by Goodwill VSB. All orders valued at $100 or more will be shipped with Signature Requiredunless you specify in a note on the order that you do not wish to require a signature for delivery. Goodwill VSB will not be liable for a lost or stolen item.

Pickup Policy

Local Pickups are available by appointment only using messaging. Local Pickup orders MUST be picked up within 14 days of the date paid. Any orders not picked up within that timeframe will be considered a donation back to Goodwill and will be resold. Refunds will not be given for these orders. Pickups are available Monday through Saturday from 8am to 3pm at Goodwill Outlet 1401 N. Rice Ave, Oxnard CA 93030 – Entrance on Maulhardt St.

Return Policy

If you are not pleased with your purchase, contact us via messaging within 30 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund. Items Marked as Parts or Repair are a FINAL PURCHASE! No Returns or Refunds will be provided on these items! A restocking fee may be charged if your product is not returned in its original condition or is missing packing material, manuals, accessories or parts. Returns / Refunds will be denied if the item has been tampered with, modified or otherwise altered from the state it was in when shipped to the customer.
