Defects / DOA
If you receive a disc with playback issues or a disc that is DOA (Dead on Arrival), please let us know within a maximum of 10 days from the time of receiving the disc.
Replacements
We will promptly send a replacement of the same title to you at no additional cost. We stand by the quality of our media and want to ensure you have a functional copy for your library.

Due to our high volume of clients using our MMOD (Movies Manufactured On Demand) service, orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 7 business days (Mon-Fri excluding weekends and holidays).

Cancellation Policy
