Still has clear plastic wrap on all sides except for bottom. Black marks on outer plastic, not unit. Underneath the plastic unit should be close to new condition. Missing one small rubber foot. Works with cable or OTA Signal. Updated software and reset to factory settings. Does not include TIVO Subscription or Cable Card.
