This one is opened (no shrink) and it does not look like it has been played, but if it was it was probably last used in the car driving around Los Angeles in 1991 : )
Normal scuffs to the case. There is an unremarkable ding on the front that we mention because it is showing in the pictures (see the white dot) but is hard to see irl. Otherwise, visual inspection shows the tape is in great shape for the age.
