Upgrade Your Triton 02360 Snowmobile Trailer Torsion Axle
Upgrade your standard Triton 02360 snowmobile trailer torsion axle with the Triton 02360-G 2200 Lb Galvanized Torsion Axle. Engineered with galvanized steel construction and zinc-plated wheel studs, this axle offers exceptional corrosion and rust resistance. It fits every model year of Triton two-place, three-place, and four-place open snowmobile trailers. Compatible with all Lite, LT, XT, and Elite model snowmobile trailers (excluding single-place models XT4.5 and Elite 5), this product bundle includes:
- 2200 lb galvanized torsion axle

Brake Flange Upgrade
This axle includes a complimentary brake flange upgrade near the hub, enabling brake installation if needed. The upgrade does not affect operation if brakes are not installed.
Triton Axle Mounting Hardware Kit Includes:
(4) 1/2-13 x 4-1/2\" Zinc-Plated Bolts
Note: The 4.5\" bolts are used on all 10\' and 11\' models (LT/XT/Elite) and most 12\' models (XT/Elite) except some V-Front models. Tandem axle 3-place and 4-place trailers require longer bolts. If you need longer bolts, contact us after placing your order with the required length, and we’ll provide them.
(4) 1/2-13 Zinc-Plated Hex Lock Nuts

Includes enough hardware to mount one torsion axle.
Additional Components
Triton 02604 Axle Mount Gaskets: These gaskets are designed for Triton trailers with torsion axles. They sit between the steel axle mounting brackets and the aluminum frame of the trailer.
Triton 07236 3/4-Inch Chrome Acorn Lug Nut Set: Includes 10 acorn-style lug nuts with a chrome finish, 3/4-inch hexagonal size, and 1/2-20 thread pitch.
