Almost brand new, new production barrels. they are .5mm over (roughly .020\"), but the engine flooded during the run in and fuel washed the cylinders, resulting in the thrust surfaces polishing the corsshatching away. Motor wasn\'t run long, but the damage was done.There is nothing a finger nail can catch, but I would not bet on a hone cleaning them. They will likely need to go up to the next piston size, but I could be wrong. These are newer production barrels from Aerco, made in England. The threads are all super nice and reflect this, but the bore needs a honing at a minimum (I\'d expect to bore them a size up). Much better starting point for a big bore bike than 50 year old cylinders.
