Certainly a great product! My six-shooter has been working slowly but surely! I actually felt the effects immediately, but I’ve been experiencing the results a little more gradually. My member has increased a centimeter or two, but it doesn’t stay like that. Consistency is key with this product, and I am extremely happy I invested in it. I did, however, receive the two extension pieces without the metal parts in them. There are only four pieces on the ring that have metal.
