Tracking information is updated upon shipment. Different carriers have different policies regarding tracking procedures and signature requirements for packages. Many carriers do chose to require signatures and photo ID scans for expensive items and will not deliver if they feel that the item is in danger of being stolen. BICYCLE SHIPPING: Bicycles are disassembled in order to ship them. Assembly will require a variety of different tools and competencies in bicycle mechanics. It is recommended that they are reassembled upon arrival by a professional bicycle mechanic.
HI/AK/APO/FPO ORDERS: Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and US Protectorates shipments are subject to additional charges. If shipping is "calculated," then the cost is your actual shipping and handling rate. If shipping is "flat rate" (not using calculator), please contact us for a quote before purchasing.
