A waterproof seal is made with SealLine\'s exclusive DrySeal roll-down closure that buckles in to place. A manual air purge valve can be opened as the bag is being sealed to let out any excessive air, and then closed to prevent additional air from returning into the bag after being sealed. This is a 65 Liter dry bag that is 36\" tall with a 20\" diameter. It could be used as a standalone dry bag, but it was designed for the ILBE pack.
