Unbelievable Antique Purple Chinese Art Deco Rug 4’2 X 6’6 Mint Condition:
$2500.00
Origin: China
Size: 4’2 x 6’6
Circa: 1910This remarkable example of an antique Chinese art deco rug comes in a highly rare and desirable purple color. This color is unbelievably rare for antique rugs as this rich purple color is extremely difficult to make using all natural vegetable dyes like this one was. The condition is absolutely mint with a velvety soft pile. The design features two butterflies gracefully floating across the field of the rug and wonderful scenes of botany in every corner of the rug. This is true one of one collectors piece that will never be recreated.
