A one sided card printed with the menu of refreshments served on February 10, 1888 at the Union Banquet Hall. In very good condition with corner wear and light overall wear. Measures about 4 1/2\" x 7\". Dishes included Oysters, Raw, Stewed a la Faribault or Fried a la de Chou, Stag Tongue, either Boiled or in a sandwich, with bread, pickles, cold slaw and drinks. A real feast. Believed to have been in Minnesota. Food provided by the Gentlemen of the M .E. Church.
