A small, cleanly cut round brilliant with a soft blue-grey cast, measuring 3.30 mm across and weighing 0.14 carat. Clarity is VS2 — inclusions require magnification to find and nothing should reach the naked eye at this size. It is a melee-scale stone, suited to accent work, a cluster, or a small solitaire.

Colour Origin — Read This First
The Most Important Section In This Listing
This stone is not certified, and colour origin in blue diamonds cannot be determined by eye. Natural blue diamonds take their colour from boron in the crystal lattice and are among the rarest material in the trade. Irradiated blue diamonds — ordinary diamonds given colour by laboratory treatment — are common, inexpensive, and visually indistinguishable from natural ones without instrumentation. No dealer, including us, can tell them apart by looking.
What we can tell you: we have examined this stone under standard grading conditions and we have no reason to believe it has been treated. That is the honest limit of what our assessment establishes. It is a trade opinion formed in good faith. It is not a laboratory determination of colour origin, and it should not be read as one.
What we cannot tell you: that a laboratory would return \"Natural\" on colour origin. We have not had this stone tested and we are not representing that we have.
If colour origin matters to you — and on a blue stone it should — buy the report. We will send this diamond for independent certification before dispatch at your cost. Contact us before purchase and we will quote the fee and the additional time. If a report comes back showing treatment, we will cancel the sale and refund you in full rather than ship it. We would rather lose the sale than have you rely on our opinion where a laboratory\'s finding is what you actually need.

This is a small stone. At 0.14 carat and 3.30 mm it is melee scale. Photographs are taken at high magnification and the diamond is very much smaller in the hand than the images suggest. Please look at the hand and tweezer shots for a true sense of size before offerding.
Every photograph and the video show the actual stone under natural light without colour correction. A pale blue-grey reads differently under every light source — cool daylight will show the blue more, warm indoor light will drain it. Study all the images.
