This is a beautiful, authentic antique Northwood glass vase in the classic "Lorna" pattern, dating back to around 1900. This stunning piece features a vibrant yellow-green canary body that transitions into a fiery, milky white opalescent ruffled rim. It stands approximately 7 inches tall and measures roughly 4 inches across the top flare.
UV Reactive / Glows:
Because this piece is genuine Vaseline glass, it contains a small amount of uranium dioxide. It fluoresces with an incredibly intense, bright neon-green glow under a UV / blacklight. This makes it a perfect addition to any EAPG, depression glass, or uranium glass collection.
Condition:
Excellent antique condition. There are absolutely no chips, cracks, or tiny flea bites anywhere on the glass. The rim and base are smooth. There are some minor, light mineral deposits on the interior from historical use, which is very common for a piece of this age and helps verify its antique authenticity. Please review all high-resolution photos carefully as they form part of the description.
