No chips. There is what appears to me to be a straw mark along the base. I don’t think it constitutes a hairline as you can see it under close inspection where the glass sort of bleeds away from it. Which tells me this line was made during processing. It can only be lightly felt on the inside of the base. Please see all photos as they are part of the description.
