Because turnstile staff had already torn off the standard admission stubs on 1 August before the cancellation, fans were instructed to hold onto the main ticket body. When I returned three weeks later for the rescheduled makeup show on Sunday, 23 August 1992, security collected the remaining ticket portions at the gates to validate entry.
