A VERY RARE and elegant complete set from the iconic DuBarry line by Richard Hudnut, dating to the 1940s. This collectible cosmetic set includes:
💄 Primitive Red lipstick in a pink enamel metal case with “B” monogram (unused, but shows age-related deterioration, does not turn up) some staining on outside of tube.
🧼 Sealed face powder compact – never opened, paper on cardboard is fragile and coming up from cardboard
🖌️ Lip brush – unused, with some rust on metal
📦 Original box – worn exterior with some wear and light rips in paper, and some paper coming up from cardboard in one area, some printing on paper off the top of box, see picture includes branded insert in good condition.
✨ Condition:
All items are unused and original to the set
Lipstick shows visible age wear (dried, cracked, or discolored)
Powder is sealed and intact
Lip brush has rust on metal ferrule
Box is worn but structurally sound; insert is clean and legible
