Vintage hand-painted glass decanter. Featuring a traditional Bavarian Alpine couple in classic dirndl and lederhosen hand painted on the front - Floral design on sides and back - German tourist souvenir from the mid-20th century. Stiegel Style
The front is decorated with a “Gruss aus” (“Greetings from”) banner and a detailed hand-painted scene. Signed “J. Christoph – Hand gem.” (short for handgemalt, meaning hand-painted). Paint is vibrant - in very good condition
Stopper has intact cork inside wood stopper in very good condition - seals well
Measures 7.5 inches tall (with stopper) and 4 inches wide
