This poster is in excellent (possibly unused) condition.
No pinholes in the corners and no evidence of tape residue.
No stains.
Poster is folded (as originally issued in 1958).
The graphic image of this poster is clean with bold & vibrant colors.
This is a great piece of later Boris Karloff horror film work and is a truly magnificent and coveted piece.
Condition note:
There are 2 small tears (see pics).
Tear #1 is located at the center upper fold-line (through white border and extending into the upper red part of the poster, between the \"E\" and the \"M\" of the words THE MONSTERS!).
Tear #2 is very very minor (just starting to form) and is located at the lower center fold (white border area).
These do not detract from the poster or tbe poster art in any way...
This is probably the 2nd best example of this original one sheet poster currently listed on and has been priced accordingly based on that factor.
