Original VW Vanagon Wasserboxer oil dipstick and dipstick tube assembly.
Removed together from a complete 1990 VW Vanagon 2.1L MV Wasserboxer engine, engine number MV066472.
The dipstick and tube were together on the engine and are being sold together as the matched approximately 15-1/16\" from tip to seating point

the Red Color is supposed to Identify it as a 2wd but it it appears that most of the parts on the engine are of the Syncro variety so it appears they will interchange and read the oil level correctly because they protrude into the engine crankcase themselves the correct ,same amount on both but one might be harder to reach than the other behind the license plate access area with out bending it to make it more access able please refer to attached image with mesurements
