-The advertised price is for the machine / part only anddoes not include shipping. Local pick up is allowed or shipping can beorganized for you at an additional fee. We will ship to any destination. Youwill be asked about collection/shipping at time of checkout.
-Payment will be by credit card only for this item. Pleasecontact us to organize payment through the Quickbooks secure online paymentplatform (no card details will ever be requested by ISCA over the phone/byemail). No CC merchant fee will be charged. The price you see on the screen isthe price you pay. A full ISCA pro-forma invoice will be issued to you.
-Handling times vary widely for a number of reasons, themain one being some items are passed through our workshop if required, but onlywhen we have interest in the item – this is simply due to the large amount ofinventory we hold and are always working on – please contact us for an accuratedelivery date of your item.
-Sales tax may be charged depending on your location in theUSA. For non-USA customers - all applicable local taxes/duties are theresponsibility of the buyer.
-Equipment condition / terms
-New equipment (not incl open box/ex demo) is sold with 12months warranty on parts if explicitly stated in writing. All new equipmentsales are final. ISCA do not accept returns.
AS-IS Basis:
ISCA offerpre-owned equipment on an AS-IS basis to keep costs as low as possible forbuyers, and to offer the widest possible selection. A machine sold in AS-IScondition could be in good to excellent condition with hardly any use, or itmay require some parts to be repaired/replaced on delivery or over time.
ISCA willdisclose in good faith to the buyer all of the information they are inpossession of at that time for a pre-owned machine, including but not limitedto; video of operation, photos and manuals, and will do their best to answerany questions on the machine.
Due to thewide range of machinery sold over such a large geographical area, the buyeracknowledges and accepts it would be unreasonable to assume ISCA could be anexpert across every type of pre-owned machine, brand and local marketplace.
The buyeracknowledges and accepts that ISCA may have a limited knowledge of themachine\'s history and operation, and that ISCA may not have inspected themachine in granular detail due to the time and costs involved of such aninspection.
ISCAstrongly urge all potential buyers to inspect pre-owned machinery on site, inperson, whenever possible, or via video and to ask as many questions as theyneed to satisfy themselves a machine is correct for their facility andapplication.ISCA do not offer warranty or returns on pre-owned equipment sold ‘as-is’. Allsales of pre-owned equipment sold ‘as-is’ are final. The buyer waives any otherimplied warranty and except for expressly stated herein ISCA makes no otherwarranties concerning the goods whatsoever.
ISCA willagree to the specification and scope of the refurbishment with the buyer, andprovide a budgetary quote for carrying out the work in writing. The customercan then decide whether to buy the machine refurbished by ISCA or organizelocally at their expense and risk.
ISCA offer a6 month warranty on the parts of refurbished equipment only. The buyer waivesany other implied warranty and except for expressly stated herein ISCA makes noother warranties concerning the goods whatsoever.
ISCA do notaccept returns on refurbished pre-owned equipment. All sales of refurbishedpre-owned equipment are final.
-Delivery issues – ISCAemploy trusted specialist third party logistics companies to ensure you receiveyour goods safely and efficiently. Buyers must inspect their delivery with thedelivering driver on delivery, and report any damage of their goods to thedelivery driver, noting the damage on the delivery paperwork, and ensuring thedriver and the buyer both have copies of this report. The damage must then bereported to ISCA in writing with pictures within 24 hours. If the above actionsare not followed we cannot guarantee a complete remedy of the issue in yourfavor. The onus is on the buyer to inspect their delivery and sign for it onlywhen they are happy it has been delivered not damaged. DO NOT LET THE DRIVERDROP AND DRIVE AWAY, AND ALWAYS BE ON HAND TO SEE GOODS IN PERSONALLY.
