Vetus Pars is a unique retro chip tester that uses an ST32H7 to test all manner of integrated circuits. It comes pre-loaded with around 30 tests from 7400 series, RAM Chips and 6502 tests. The best thing about it is that if you can’t find a test for a specific chip it’s no problem because you can create your own.
You can use the downloadable Vetus GUI to upload or create new tests for virtually any IC and test them in real time via USB or upload and save them to the tester. All you need is the data sheet and a few minutes to create a test routine that you can use for any future tests.
