The book all have wear consistent with age and use. They are in overall good condition for being close to 100 years old. The binding and pages are all intact. Each of them has some water spots but all of the words are still perfectly legible. The books by Edward Carpenter and T. Swann Harding both have small holes as shown in the photos but it does not interfere with any words.
