Vintage 1920s Anchor Hocking Swirl Green Depression Uranium Glass Dish Tray
This item is a vintage green depression glass center handle tray made by the Anchor Hocking Glass Company. This depression glass is in the Spiral pattern, which was produced from approximately 1928 to 1930. It is made of pressed glass, containing uranium oxide, which causes it to glow under a black light. It is approximately 9” in diameter. This collectible dish is often referred to as a sandwich server or tidbit tray, used for serving appetizers, desserts, or snacks. While generally considered safe for handling, it's often recommended not to use them as dinnerware to avoid ingesting small fragments over time. ***In good vintage condition; not mint.***
