Vintage \"Aldenaire, The Junior Shop\" Dark Green Floral Rayon 2 PC SetDating this to 1945-1947.There is also a faint cloth label still present on the skirt that is not readable.Perfect for Fall &Very stylish, the set is a soft drapey rayon in a dark green with white florals.Fitted bodice with under bust darting.Flanged shoulders with large self-fabric shoulder pads.Short sleeves.The waist seam runs from the front under bust dart around the back and to the other under bust dart.Lovely peplum that really sets this outfit off.The back peplum has 3 inverted pleats for a really nice swing and drapes down longer.3 large white plastic and silver metal buttons down the center.A line skirt has a sewn in waistband.Button closure and side metal talon zipper.
Really nice vintage condition with no stains, rips or odors.Clean and ready to wear.There is a tiny hole at the back shoulder that was mended. Very hard to see. see pic.The 2nd button has some damage on the metal circle. see pic.
