notes: Binding are intact. Pages are clean. No writing. There is a mild old book smell in both volumes which leads me to believe that it comes from the paper and inks used in the printing process. Corners and spine ends are lightly bumped. There is foxing on the text blocks. Covers are clean and gilt titles on covers and spine have some prolonged shelf life rips and other age appropriate wear.Railway pass endpapers.
