Classic 1970s spooky collectible featuring the folding mansion shell, hidden revolving bookcase, and original figures.

Haunted House Structure: Complete with folding roof, front swinging fence gate, removable belfry/tower, and functioning 2-sided revolving bookcase / magic mirror door.
Original 1976 Retail Box: Features vivid front and side panel litho graphics and photo art.
3 Original Set Weeble Figures: Glow-in-the-Dark Ghost, Witch, and Scared Girl (yellow pigtails, glasses, green overalls).
1 Bonus Vintage Weeble: Girl in pink and green striped shirt (has chew wear on top).
2 Original Furniture Pieces: Green bed and blue armchair.
CONDITION & COLLECTOR NOTES:
Playset & Mechanics: Roof latches, front entry door, and revolving secret bookcase all rotate and operate smoothly.
Interior Lithos: Upper bedroom and lower parlor wall graphics are bright and vibrant. The purple hall litho next to the front door has a torn/peeled missing lower edge section as pictured in close-up. Magic mirror shows typical age creasing/scuffing.
Exterior Lithos: Cobblestone walkway and boarded-up "Beware of Ghost" window decals are firmly intact. Lower left exterior green base sticker has a missing torn section.
Weeble Figures: All roll and wobble properly. Ghost facial imprint has standard vintage rubbing/fading. Witch and Scared Girl remain in very good cosmetic shape. Bonus girl Weeble has distinct chew/roughing marks along the top red head dome.
Retail Box: Displays well upright. Shows heavy edge/storage creasing, vintage tape along flap seams, surface paper pull on one side panel from past price tag removal, and the top cardboard carry-handle is torn away.
Missing Accessories: Does not include the original brown/red sofa, bat treasure chest, or the witch's removable black hat.
