Up for sale is a vintage Silver Creek Industries "Bionic Ear" electronic sound amplifier from 1988, complete with its original retail box. These are getting harder to find and are highly sought after by hunters, bird watchers, spy gear enthusiasts, and vintage tech collectors.
I popped a fresh 9V battery into this and tested it out—it is fully working! The sound amplification is crisp, loud, and the audio adjustments function just like they should.
Cosmetically, the headset and microphone wand are in great shape with only light signs of normal handling over the years. The original box is fully intact with nice, vibrant graphics, though it does show some typical shelf wear and soft corners from being tucked away in storage.
