Mixed lot of seven vintage collectible and craft dolls dating primarily from the early 1990s. The group includes Fibre-Craft, Wang’s International and unmarked dolls in assorted sizes and styles. Two display stands are included.
Included in this lot:
• Green floral-dress doll – Approximately 16” tall. No maker markings found. Includes the metal display stand. She has thinning/balding areas on the back of her hair and some spots and storage wear on the clothing.
• Blue-dress craft display doll – Approximately 11” tall. Features a cloth upper body, painted cloth face and a rounded tube-style lower body without legs. Permanently displayed on a green round base. No maker markings found. The base shows noticeable age, edge separation and wear.
• Older gentleman doll – Marked ©1992 Fibre-Craft Materials Corp., Made in China. Dressed in a plaid shirt and denim-style overalls. He is in decent overall condition but is missing both shoes.
• Nurse-style doll – Approximately 13” tall. Wearing a dark blue dress, white apron, bonnet and black boots. The white clothing has scattered storage spots, and the hair is flattened/matted on the back from storage. No maker markings were found.
• Undressed Fibre-Craft doll – Marked Fibre-Craft Materials Corp. and dated 1991. Made in Hong Kong. The cloth body has scattered age/storage spots. She is missing her clothing and one shoe.
• Red-haired doll in baby-blue lace dress – Approximately 13½” tall. The lace dress has age/storage discoloration and wear. She is missing one stocking and one shoe. Her hair is somewhat flattened on the back from being stored lying down.
• Pink gingham-dress doll – Approximately 13” tall. Original tag identifies her as Wang’s International, Memphis, Tennessee, dated 1991 and Made in China. The tag states she is made with cotton muslin and polyester stuffing and is intended for decorative use only—not as a toy. Includes straw-style hat and both shoes. She has dark spotting/soiling on her face, spots on the clothing and general storage wear. The dress and hat have a handmade-style appearance.
All dolls are preowned and show varying amounts of age, dust, spotting, flattened or matted hair, clothing wear and missing accessories. They have not been professionally cleaned. Please examine all photographs carefully for the exact condition of each doll.
