For sale is a vintage hand blown murano glass bird with the original sticker. A section of the sticker has come off, but the majority is there. This bird came from the estate of a Murano glass collector. It is attributed to Archimede Seguso and is dated to the 1950’s. It is approximately 5” long and 3” tall. The techniques used were Sommerso and Foglia Oro. The head and neck are ice blue glass submerged in clear and the entire piece incorporates the foglia oro technique. It is a stunning piece and it is in excellent condition, very clean with no chips or cracks.
