You are offerding on a vintage Boat Bow Cleat/Flag Pole/Deck Ornament. Due to the styling of this item, I believe it was made in the 1950s by Attwood Brass Works, though I cannot confirm this as there isn\'t any makers mark, nor any part numbers stamped on it.
This item does show some surface wear and minor pitting. Most of the damage is located around the base. This item has the type of wear you\'d expect with something this old, but it is in beautiful condition overall.
