It would be Ideal as a Display Item for any Collector of Vintage Italian Cycling Accessories or Memorabilia. The remaining contents dried out many years ago. I purchased it in the 1980\'s from a Local Bike Shop called 2-Wheel Transit Authority. The Price Tag is still attached. I used up most of the contents for the Tubulars I rode back then.
This is an Original piece of Classic European Cycling History. Clément Gutta Extra was a well known Rim Adhesive used to mount Tubular/Sew-Up Racing Tires during the 1970\'s-1980\'s Classic Road-Racing Era when Italian Road Bikes and Campagnolo Rims and Components were King.The Can features the beautiful Original Turquoise Clément Color with the “Pneumatici Clément Milano” Trademark (under the \"Not Flammable\" Label) and the \"Clement Gutta Extra\" Name.
The Can is nearly empty and is being sold strictly as a Collectible Vintage Cycling Display Item. It shows signs of age and storage wear, including surface oxidation/rust on the top & bottom. The Turquoise painted portion & the Original Graphics are in very good condition and will display nicely. Please review all photos for condition.
