A really nice diver with an incredible inner chapter ring. The inner ring is not rotating. The top crown is for winding and setting the watch and the bottom crown is meant for locking the bezel from rotating.
Edit: clearing the fact that on this model there is no inner bezel rotating movement, the inner bezel is fixed in position and the second crown just locks the outer bezel when it is rotated in the desired location, as a safety feature.
The watch requires a service since it stops or does not hold charge.
The glass has no major marks. The case has some marks but not too bad.
The case is plated base metal.
The case is 38mm wide. The bezel is 41mm in diameter and it will take a 20mm wide strap.
Water resistance is not guaranteed.
