Pair of Vintage Duchin Weighted Sterling Silver Candlesticks

This is a classic pair of vintage sterling silver candlesticks by Duchin Creation Corp. of New York, a well-known mid-20th-century American silver maker. Each candlestick is clearly marked on the base: \"Sterling / Duchin Silver / Weighted.\"

The traditional design features tulip-shaped candle cups and a gadroon (rope-twist) border on the base and cup rims. The pair suits a dining table or mantel, Shabbat candle lighting, or holiday tablescapes, and makes a lovely wedding gift.

Please note: These candlesticks are weighted sterling. The outer shell is sterling silver, and the interior is filled for stability, as is standard for this type of piece. They are not solid silver throughout. Candles shown for display only and are not included.
