Estate sale find. Not only is the hat itself cool, but the very detailed painted bird and rocket make it exceptional. Between those two hand painted decorations, there is the shadow of a round sticker that is no longer there that reads “Safety Pays”. It shows wear, but is complete. The original liner band has one metal bracket that is there, but one of the wings on the female part is bent out of shape and keeps falling off the male side of the bracket. The paper label inside the crown is almost complete. This is a worthy addition to any collection. Smoke free home.

I ship using USPS or UPS to insure against loss or damage. All claims must be filed directly with the carrier by the buyer. I will not compensate out of pocket for their mishandling of shipments, however, I will assist the buyer as much as possible when filing a claim.
Buyers agree to provide a secure location for receiving shipments. It is your responsibility to ward off porch pirates. Once the item shows delivered, my obligation is complete and any concerns, at that point, should be directed to your local post office and police department.
