Vintage East German Paratrooper Steel Helmet Shell - Cold War NVA Fallschirmjäger
A great piece of Cold War military history. This genuine East German steel helmet shell was used by the elite airborne forces (Fallschirmjäger) and features the distinct compact profile engineered for parachute jumps.
Item Details:
- Origin: East Germany (DDR / Soviet Bloc Era).
- Design: Genuine steel shell featuring an awesome, unique textured camouflage paint job in green and tan tones. Includes factory-drilled ventilation and harness mounting holes.
- Personal Touch: Hand-painted soldier\'s name on the inner rim: \"mülder. R\".
- Condition: Used / Vintage condition. The shell shows cosmetic storage wear that adds to its authentic military surplus look. Please note the leather liner and chinstraps are missing; this listing is for the steel shell only, exactly as shown in the pictures.
- Functionality: Untested / Sold AS-IS. Offered in \"as-found\" condition with no cleaning or alterations attempted.
