This player works and sounds good with no scratchy sounds from the volume knob.
I say it works, and it does, but here’s something to keep mind. When you activate the player, the record drops as it should, but when the tonearm moves over to the record it lowers down about 1/4” from the edge of the record. So it needs a hand to put it on the record.
Also when you press REJ, the tonearm lifts up, goes back to the post, but then goes towards the record again. So you’ll have to physically lift the tonearm and put it on the post and turn the lever to STOP manually.
Still a nice looking portable, and you can still have fun playing records.
The sound is good, no broken speakers and not crackly sounds.
No damage to the player and it looks clean.
Comes with the adapter for the smaller 45 singles.
