Vintage Gladding McBean Hollywood Regency Large Koi Fish Planter Stamped 03 :
$1999.99
Up for your consideration is this awesome vintage Koi fish planter. Research shows that this was made by Gladding, McBean. It has a number stamped on the bottom that represents the mold used. It is a 03. This very large, unique piece has kraze marks on it. There are no chips on the visible part of the fish but there are a few spots on the bottom edge. Please see photo. These do not interfere with the way that it sits at all nor does it take away from the beauty of this piece. They could easily be repaired. There is also one spot on it along the scales where it appears to have a darker black line. It almost looks like it is a crack but it doesn\'t go all the way through or all the way around it and it goes along with the scallop of the scales. Maybe just part of how it was originally?? I took multiple pictures of this for you to see. This does have a drain hole in the bottom. This is a very cool piece of Hollywood regency history. Approximately 20\" long x 10\" tall on the highest fish lip.
