Why you\'ll like it: Classic Harley styling with a flame badge and aged leather patina. A good fit for cruiser, café racer or vintage biker collections, or for display.
Important: This helmet is over 25 years old. Manufacturers recommend replacing helmets about every 5 years, and the foam liner degrades with age.
Sold as a collectible/display piece. The buyer is responsible for deciding whether it is suitable for riding.
Condition report (pre-owned, used)
Exterior leather: Good vintage condition with an even, aged patina. Light scuffs, surface scratches and fading on both the brown and black panels. No tears or peeling seen. Stitching is intact on all seams.
Visor: Attached with snaps. Light wear and scuffing, with some edge wear. Snaps are intact.
Side emblem: Harley-Davidson flame medallion is attached, with normal age wear on the metal and slight fraying on the leather flame edges.
Front panel: Plastic mount plate with two open screw holes. It appears to be for an accessory or badge that is not included.
Rim and trim: Black rubber rim is intact. Light surface wear and a visible seam at the rear.
Interior: Navy suede liner is zip-out.
Hardware: Chin strap, D-rings, red pull tab and rear snap tab are all present. Strap shows light use.
Label: Legible and attached. Shows DOT, size S and manufacture date 02/99.
