Up for sale is an incredibly rare, massive estate lot of 53 pieces of vintage IKEA Grammatik flatware, originally designed in the late 1980s by Tarja Siponen. Featuring iconic, chunky, translucent bold yellow resin handles, this pattern is a quintessential example of 1980s/1990s Postmodern and Memphis Milano design.
Because these sets were originally sold in small retail packs, finding a matching mega-collection of 53 pieces in the highly sought-after yellow colorway is exceptionally rare. Perfect for completing a large collection, prop houses, or hosting the ultimate retro dinner party.Durable stainless steel construction paired with vibrant, geometric translucent plastic handles that catch the light beautifully. 12 salad forks. 10 Dinner forks. 9 small (teaspoons)spoons. 11 large (tablespoons) spoons. 11 knives. The knives are serrated on one side. Please note they need polished along the stainless steel handle. Please see what i mean in the last 2 sample pictures. There is some build up. I Will leave that up to the buyer. Thank you so much for looking. Don\'t miss out on this massive collector\'s lot—it is incredibly hard to find this many matching yellow Grammatik pieces in one place! Please message me for any additional questions or pictures before buying, because you\'re buying. As is. I would rate these in fantastic condition as the yellow handles show, no cracks or damage, just regular wear. And the stainless steel is in fantastic condition. Other then, they need a good cleaning and or polishing.
