Beautiful vintage Mid-Century Modern UFO-style swing-arm wall pendant lamp, believed to date to the 1950s. This unique overhead hanging fixture features a 13-inch brass dome shade with decorative starlight perforations that create beautiful patterns of light. The adjustable swinging wall arm and cylindrical counterweight allow the pendant height to be adjusted, making it a wonderful example of space-age mid-century lighting design.Includes the original fiberglass diffuser, wall-mounting assembly, counterweight, and vintage cloth-covered wiring. The shade measures approximately 13 inches in diameter, and the swing arm extends approximately 13 inches from the wall.
