Vintage \'Marathon\' mechanical pocket watch, made in the USSR. Fitted with the 18-jewel Molnija 3602 movement (marked \'18 KAMHEH 3602\' on the movement plate). Roman numeral dial with sub-seconds register. TESTED AND RUNNING — winds smoothly and runs well.
Engine-turned striped case back. The case shows light surface scratches and wear consistent with age (see photos); the dial is clean. Please review all photos.
