Vintage Marathon Windguard combination cigarette case and lighter with brown-and-black sunburst panels and silver-tone outlining. The hinged case opens to two slotted cigarette-retaining bands beneath the integrated lighter. The inner lighter base is marked WINDGUARD, TRADE MARK and MADE IN U.S.A., with patent text.
