Up for sale is a rare pair of vintage Nokia rubber winter and hunting boots, meticulously crafted in Finland. This high-quality package comes complete with the original, removable heavy wool felt insulation sock liners, which are incredibly difficult to find intact. These boots are built from heavy-duty, premium rubber designed to withstand freezing mud, slush, and deep snow, reflecting the legendary durability of pre-outsourcing Nordic outdoor gear.
The boots are in great vintage pre-owned condition. The green rubber remains completely soft, pliable, and supple with absolutely no dry-rot, cracking, or splitting along the stress points, ensuring they stay completely water-tight. The tan zig-zag traction soles show very light, minimal wear with plenty of deep tread remaining. Inside, the canvas lining is intact, and the removable black felt liners are clean, thick, and free of major tearing. The soles are officially stamped EU 43 / UK 9.5, which technically converts to a standard US Men\'s 10. However, vintage Finnish Nokia boots were engineered with a roomy allowance for thick winter layering. They have been physically test-fitted and fit comfortably on a true US Men\'s Size 11 foot with thick wool socks.
