Offered here is a very nice vintage Ohlsson & Rice O&R .23 model airplane engine, serial number 492218. This is an attractive original example of one of the classic American model aircraft engines produced by Ohlsson & Rice.
The engine is used but exceptionally clean for its age and displays very well. It turns over freely by hand and shows good compression. I have not attempted to start or run the engine, so it is being sold as an untested vintage collectible. Please review the photographs carefully for the exact cosmetic condition and configuration.
Included is the custom clear Lexan/acrylic O&R display stand shown in the photographs, which makes this an especially attractive engine for a vintage model-engine collection or display.
